Mr. R Prabhakar Reddy earned a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with over 45
years experience in the construction industry having been instrumental in building High-
rise Apartments, Commercial Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Dams in his illustrious
career.
Mr Reddy began his carrier as an Assistant Engineer in the Irrigation Department of
Government of AP in the Year 1975 and gained experience in construction of
Government projects. He started his own firm in 1993 and went on to build Govt projects
such as Roads, buildings, and Dams as a special class contractor.
In the Year 1997 this organization started construction of Prestigeous Highrise
Residential Projects for NPCl, Dabhal power plant, Dena Bank etc. in Mumbai, India.
Mr Prabhakar Reddy is the Chairman of Trendz Developers and has layed a path for all
the employees which is embedded with sincerity, dedication and Hard work.
Mr R.Sharat Reddy earned a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from CBIT
Hyderabad in 2001 and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of South Australia in 2004. In the year 2004 he joined Waste Management
Pacific and was key in the construction of Muncipal landfill at their INKERMAN Site in
South Australia. In the year 2006 joined John Holland Construction (Sydney) which is
one of the most reputed Infrastructure Development Companies in Australia, as a project
Engineer in the Rouse Hill STP Amplification Project for Sydney Water.
Mr Sharat returned back to India in 2008 with an intent to utilize the international
experience he gained developing creative eco friendly and design efficient projects. Mr
Sharat spear head the team that completed Shilparaman Night Bazar a prestige
Government Project in madhapur. In 2013 Mr Reddy started Trendz Developers Pvt Ltd
and in the capacity of Managing Director. Trendz Developers Pvt Ltd went on to build
many prestige Commercial and Residential projects in Hyderabad under his leadership.
